Happiness Jar...
I started a happiness jar today! Each day you write down something good that happened to you at the end of your day. Do this everyday until the end of the year. Elizabeth Gilbert posted the idea on her Facebook page and mentioned this practice on Oprah's Super Soul Sunday. The happiness jar gives you the opportunity to express gratitude by recording all of the good things that happen in your life. At the end of the year, you can reflect on these events and on really bad days these love notes can help snap you out of a funk while reminding just how great life is. Love this idea!
